I can support you on your path of becoming a Focusing Professional- or Focusing Trainer.
For me it is of great importance that your path starts with the space it needs before you embark on route. This is why I would like to meet with you on a one to one session to go through our felt sense of getting involved on this journey together before the course starts. We can explore different areas that you or me might be interested in exploring in relation to the course, focusing on your interests and how to bring focusing into your practice, work, life, society. We can spend sometime exchanging listening and focusing with each other.
You will need to have finished the focusing skills course with me or other teacher, this course is the equivalent to the proficiency in focusing partnerships from The International Focusing Institute. We will have a one to one session before the programme starts.
We will have a one-to-one session to sense together if the course will fit your process and Focusing path.
It is just as natural that your learning experience, your integration and understanding will have its own rhythm. It is my personal interest that this remains as sacred as life it is. Your process will guide you and me to be there as it is within the time it needs.
At the same time the programme will be given within 12 months, and the apprenticeship-mentorship within 18 months. After this time if you are needing more time I will be able to be there for you and your process and we can arrange together a further accompaniment.
One of the most important aspects to become a certified Focusing Professional is that you can sense your readiness within you and that you are in contact with your focusing forward flow and how it wishes to present to the world. Your certification will be awarded when we reach a common ground of readiness by you, me, your secondary mentor and your fellow trainees.
On completion you will be able to:
Introduce people to focusing
Offer sessions as a listener/guide – companioning one to one
Teaching focusing one to one
Include focusing in your practice ( Focusing oriented Counsellor, Yoga teacher, Therapist, Couch, Artist, Facilitator, Mediator, etc )
12 online sessions from September ( from one year to 18 months)
2 retreats of 3 days throughout the year
15 one to one mentoring sessions
I would like to highlight that the importance of your own circumstances and your own learning path will guide us to approach each stage of the way with openness and flexibility to meet your own unique territory.
Weekly partnership practice during the 3 months ( 30 minutes each partner recommended ). It is of great importance during your apprenticeship to keep a practice that grows in time and frequency.

A caring practice
You will be able to register for the programme once we have had our one to one exploration. I ask for a registration fee of €200 which is part of the total fee for the training.
The cost of the whole training from September 2024 to September 2025 – €2200
